Yesterday a court in the Netherlands ruled that the Dutch state was responsible for the deaths of three Bosniaks killed during the Srebrenica massacres. In December 2011 the members of ICC’s Assembly of State Parties will convene to choose the Court’s next Prosecutor. He or she will officially replace Moreno-Ocampo in June 2012.
