Goran Hadzic, the last remaining fugitive of the 161 suspected persons indicted by the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), made his initial appearance before Judge Kwon O-gon on Monday 25 July 2011. At the hearing, Hadzic declined to enter a plea and waived reading of the 14-count indictment.
