ICC Issues Warrant of Arrest Against Abdel Raheem Muhammad Hussein The International Criminal Court has issued a warrant of arrest against Sudanese Minister Mr Abdel Raheem Muhammad Hussein. Mr Hussein faces charges of 41 counts of crimes against humanity and war crimes alleged to have been committed in the context of the situation in Darfur. The full ICC press release is available here.
