50th Anniversary Of Eichmann Trial On Monday, the United Nations marked the 50th anniversary of the Adolf Eichmann trial. Eichmann was a Nazi officer and one of the leading organizers of the mass deportation as well as the murder of Jews during the Holocaust. At the headquarters in New York, the UN marked this anniversary with a series of events as well as discussions. In the visitor lobby of the UN headquarters an exhibition with the title “With me are 6 Million Accusers: The Eichmann Trial in Jerusalem” was launched.
